Brush twice a day
For two minutes, morning and night, with a fluoride toothpaste.
Clean between your teeth
Floss or small interdental brushes reach where a toothbrush cannot. Once a day is enough.
Keep sugar to mealtimes
Sweet snacks and drinks between meals feed the bacteria that cause decay.
